Marge Stratton   Marge Stratton has over 15 years of
Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing
experience. She has worked as both a
Tenant and Landlord representative for
office, industrial and retail clients, including
several Fortune 500 companies.
“It is important to provide complete
information for my clients so they are in the
best position to make the decision that’s
right for their real estate needs.”
Marge was accepted as a member of the
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors
(SIOR) in 1995. The Society is comprised of
over 2,000 elite Commercial Real Estate
professionals worldwide. She serves on
several national committees, as well as in
the local chapter of SIOR. She has completed
all SIOR courses and several CCIM courses.
She has been instrumental in working with SIOR
in the creation of new educational courses.
She is a lifelong resident of the Quad-Cities.
Her commitment to the community is
demonstrated by her active involvement in
the Chambers of Commerce. She is past
president of the Downtown Davenport
Association, has been active in the
Davenport Rotary Club, and is a Junior
Achievement volunteer instructor.
Marge’s contribution to the Quad-City
business community has provided her with
an extensive corporate client list. She can
perform a full range of real estate brokerage
and consulting services on a local and
regional basis. Bob Carlstrom  Bob Carlstrom is a lifelong resident of the Quad Cities, born and raised in Davenport, IA. He has 5 children with wife Nancy and has 12 grand children. Bob Started in real estate in 1989 and received his brokers license in 1992. He is GRI and CRF certified and is willing to provide the highest quality real estate services to his clients. |
